01 // License Framework

By acquiring the Tabsy extension file package, you receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable standalone user license to execute this version of the software across your local web browser environments.

02 // Commercial Framework

The standalone version of Tabsy operates under a one-time lifetime purchase model. All completed sales transactions are direct and final. Future expansion features or major platform transitions outside this structural version timeline may be managed via standalone update frameworks.

03 // Operational Boundaries

You agree to utilize Tabsy only for standard personal or team tab organization tasks. Modification, extraction, redistribution, or white-label resale of the underlying application source code builds without explicit developer authorization is strictly prohibited.

04 // Liability Restrictions

Tabsy manages data local to your client browser machine space. We are not responsible for tab crashes, data folder synchronization dropouts, browser update incompatibilities, or loss of window session metrics during active browser use. The product is provided strictly on an "as-is" functional basis.

05 // Intellectual Property

All proprietary software components, brand graphics, visual structural grid styles, code architectures, and documentation assets remain the exclusive legal property of Mohamed Younis (Moyrith).
